Give warmth two cycles, on us

This is a slow practice, so try it for a full 60 nights. If your evenings don't feel warmer and calmer, email us for a full refund — and we'll pause your subscription straight away.

Warmth from the ground up

Seven whole botanicals — old ginger, mugwort leaf, motherwort, rose, angelica, cassia twig and astragalus root — sealed into a non-woven sachet, so there's nothing to strain and nothing to clean up.

Drop one in hot water, watch it steep deep amber, and soak. The room fills with warm herbal steam, and twenty minutes becomes a proper wind-down rather than another scroll.

If your hands and feet are always cold, this is the simplest place to start.

How to use

  1. Steep the sachet in very hot water (90–100°C) for about 5 minutes, until the water turns deep amber.
  2. Top up with cool water to a comfortable 40–45°C. Always test with your wrist.
  3. Soak for 20–30 minutes, ideally in the hour before bed. Squeeze the sachet occasionally.
  4. Pat dry — no need to rinse. Warm socks afterwards keep the heat in.

One sachet per soak. Most women soak 4–5 nights a week, so one pack of 28 is roughly a full cycle. For a full bath, use two sachets.

Good to know

For external use only. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Do not use if you are pregnant, or during heavy menstrual flow, without medical advice. Not suitable if you have diabetes-related neuropathy, reduced sensation in the feet, open wounds, cuts, or a foot infection — reduced sensation means you may not feel water that is too hot.

If you have high blood pressure, a heart condition, or circulatory problems, check with your doctor first. Keep water below 45°C. Stop if you feel dizzy or skin becomes irritated. Keep out of reach of children and pets.

This is a practice, not a pill

Warmth returns night by night

Cold hands and feet build up over years of cold rooms and long days. Undoing it asks for the opposite: twenty warm minutes, repeated — until warmth stops being something you chase.

Night 1

First warmth

Warm from the feet up within minutes, and warm enough to sleep.

Week 2

A steady habit

The soak becomes the signal that the day is finished.

Cycle 2

In rhythm

Four or five nights a week, without having to think about it.

Cycle 3+

Warmth you keep

Warm feet stop being the exception on a cold evening.

Frequently asked questions

How does it work?

泡脚 — the evening foot soak — is one of the oldest warming rituals there is. Hot water does most of the work; the herbs make it something you look forward to. Old ginger, mugwort, motherwort, rose, angelica, cassia twig and astragalus root steep into deep amber and fill the room with warm herbal steam.

How often should I use it?

Most women soak four to five nights a week, in the hour before bed. One pack is 28 sachets — roughly a full cycle.

How hot should the water be?

Steep the sachet in very hot water (90–100°C) for five minutes, then top up with cool water to 40–45°C before your feet go in. Always test with your wrist.

Who shouldn't use it?

Don't use it during pregnancy or heavy menstrual flow without medical advice. Avoid entirely if you have diabetes-related neuropathy, reduced sensation in your feet, open wounds or a foot infection - if you can't reliably feel water temperature, hot soaks are a burn risk. Check with your doctor first if you have high blood pressure, a heart condition or circulatory problems.

Can I use it in the bath?

Yes - two sachets in a warm tub, 20-30 minutes.
